★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my fav biryani joints in the area. Have always gotten take out and hence can’t comment on dine in / service. The biryani is extremely flavorful. Has a slight kick while you’re eating. But the heat dissipates quickly. They pick salan along with the biryani in addition to lime/onions. It’s a must try place and if you’re thinking about this place, then just go for it. Have on one occasion tried a chicken gravy and Roti a la carte and that too was amazing. Overall you’ll enjoy the biryanis from here. On and the packaging is all very well done. Minimal plastics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb place. I visited today (01/04/2022) after six years of craving. Grilled chicken and mutton dum biriyani are must try here. Toilets are neat and clean. Polite staff. Nice ambience. Parking should be improved. I request them to open their franchise in Mangalore ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overhyped place, very poor service, average food as compared to the belgaum branch of Niyaaz.
The staff is least bit courteous, and take very long even to attend to your needs.
Delivery orders also get cancelled for no reason and then the management does not take responsibility for the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered niyaaz signature chicken and mutton biryani. The quantity of chicken biryani was comparatively less than the mutton one. Both biryani were yummy,not too spicy and not too bland,perfectly flavoured.

I tried veg biryani actually this is not veg biryani this is Pulav
Taste of this pulav is not muvh better
I specially say to restaurant improve the taste and quality of your food also rice you choose is small for biryani
You want to work on your taste and hygiene .
Atmosphere is good but the fulfilment is not enough.
Finally I say my stomach is full from your food but my Heart is empty..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally Niyaz belgavi is my favorite but tis is ok ok..service was too slow . Taste wise mutton kheema was average n CB was just ok n not like its served in belgavi..ill definitely go back though..price is too much for kheema, CB PRICE IS GUD.
