They are very efficient and responsible, and I really appreciate the daily basis shipment status updates and by person interferences at time of queries. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst packers and movers. They are just greedy for money. All insurance packaging etc are sugar lines. It was a nightmare for me to opt for there services.
The owner and his associates are too arrogant, specially the guy named Xavier is the last person I would ever prefer in my life to talk again.
Do not fall for the positive reviews here (atleast for those without photos), because I have checked with many other malyalis in Delhi NCR and no one has liked there services and also they told me that all these are either paid reviews or reviews submitted by friends & relatives.
If you just want to suffer through a headache throughout your moving process, please go ahead.
Literally, I wished if there would have been an option for negative rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prompt customer service. My household items was shifted from Delhi to Kerala and the package reached safely and right on time. The service provided by NKR Logistics is quite good. They update you with the tracking details and respond to any queries instantly. Overall my experience with NKR Logistics was satisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I transferred my santro car from Gurgaon to Ernakulam, Kerala through NKR. They picked the car from my home, sending day to status by whatsapp. The car delivered to my native house ontime with out any scratches and damages.
Overall as a customer am satisfied and recommend NKR services.

This post is just to mention an incident that happened with my family hoping that no one face such experience from the fraudsters.
My name is U Krishnan Kutty. I am from Delhi (Gole Market). I recently retired and we had planned to shift from Delhi to Kerala. We contacted the NKR logistics and one Mr. Xavier approached us who claims to be a sales person by the company , who can say whatever he wish to lure us in. Unfortunately we decided to proceed with NKR logistics. Our items were loaded on August 5th 2021 with a third class packing (no bubble wraps included and its was just the cardboard).They promised to deliver within 6-10 days. After that whenever we tried to connect with Jijo and Xavier to track our items , as we had no information about the shipment even after the promised dates, they would not pick our calls . Their service was horrible and pathetic. They wont attend our calls and if we dial using another number, they would quickly pick up.
So finally, on August 19 they informed us that the items will be delivered but to our surprise they mentioned only some items will be delivered and rest heavy loads will be delivered later. That's not why we were shocked, the horror was that most of the items received on that day were broken. The microwave oven and Grinder and the glass items were completely shattered and damaged. To add on to that, the remaining items arrived next week , which included our scooter. Most of you might know I am a physically handicapped person and its a 4 wheeler scooter specifically designed for me and please see the images below what they did to our scooter. I am not sure how much it will cost us to repair it. That scooter was not just a scooty but it was an emotion for me. For those who know me in Delhi , you know how much I was attached to the scooter. Not only that, our two almirahs , sofa set were completely damaged. Now when I tried to connect the owner, One Mr. Thomas attended my calls and he mentioned that he wont compensate for anything. We have attached a few images and unpacking videos below. Kindly go through that.
No one deserves to face this mental trauma that they gifted us for taking their service. They think that we are common people and helpless and will forget all this. From my heart , I request you all not to take their service ever and spread this as much as possible. The horror that happened to us should not happen to anyone. We certainly did not deserve this and so do you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my car from Delhi to Siliguri through this NKR Transport... car reached on time and in good condition. Very few transporters service our area in Assam.. NKR has good network coverage and time delivery guarantee which they said they will do! Good work to their management..
