★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only diagnostic centre that takes more than 36 hours to release rtpcr reports. The blood tests take more than 24 hours and they do not care if patients are sufferring. Even basic blood test reports take 36 hours to come. On calling up and asking they have excuses ready. They do not care at all !!! Worst diagnostic centre of NM ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst people work here not supportive staff talking rudely If any senior reading my post take an action please suggest to speak with in manner they will behavior very worst with my mother she is senior citizen then your staff don't know how to treat senior citizen people and we come from Karjat to NM Medical Parel not giving proper appointment you can not give free service then how I will support your manner less language

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had booked an annual health check here at NM Medical Parel. The place is very modern and clean and has a very good positive vibe (unlike how testing centers could be). The staff is super helpful and very friendly. I would like to mention Ms Vineeta, who was my SPOC for the check up. Very helpful, coordinated all tests for me, without having me waste a single minute. Undoubtedly one of the best experiences for me while having gone for a health checkup!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent facility for getting an annual medical examination done. Staff is very helpful and courteous, esp Ms Vinita. Never felt a moment was wasted as they efficiently moved me from one test to another. Bathrooms are modern and clean which is always a good indicator of quality of upkeep. Would recommend this facility to all my friends and colleagues.
