They don't want to work.
I wanted marriage certificate, it took me 8 months and 4 trips there.
They didn't ask for bribe themselves but gave unnecessary trouble, as if they wanted me to ask if they want money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every one is corrupt specially marriage registration people, no one cares about your parents age they make them stand and wait for 3-5 hours finally ask for bribe and only then will they do your work. No matter even if you complain to their higher officials they calm you down and ask for more bribe. Be mentally prepared no one will help every one wants just money.
