★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a possibility to give a zero star would have preferred to do that. I feel ashamed to be an alumni of this university. Have been following up with them for last 6 months for a small request and have not received any response from them even after writing at least 20 emails. Needed something for my career advancement which the so called professors and high posted officials do not care about even responding. My advise would be if possible do not enroll yourself with this university.

I opted for MBA (ITSM) and had a very bad experience with this university. During registration, I was promised/ informed few things about their processes and that resulted into false promises when I actually needed them. So I had to exit the program after first semester.
Furthermore, I found it VERY MUCH costly considering the service that this university is providing.. also I had noticed that for any small request, you need to pay additional costs. So consider minimum 10K extra after your regular admission fees..
Opt for this university, only if you don't care about money.
