They dont know how to talk and behave with ladies and children .they treat the customer by their clothes and looks, like seriously this you call profeesionalism . You are telling them that you more educated than them.it means if a person is highly educated or well dressed only you will respect them .

3 times I have suffered with noble takshila. Today as well. Ordered medicines at 830am. It's 11am and 2 SOS calls. But no delivery.
Zero star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service. Called them at 2:05 am to order one strip of blood pressure tablet. Was sure they will not delivery just one strip that too at this hour, but still I tried, to my utter surprise the person on phone said yes it will be delivered. Not just that he even asked payment would be by cash for card? I asked can I make card payment, to my disbelief the person actually came with POS machine and also gave me 10% discount. Noble medical sets an example for amazing customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service, even if you call and ask them to keep medicines ready they will keep you waiting for a minimum of 20 mins. Absolutely no regard for the customer who's waiting, they will deal with their other issues, until you remind them again. Add to that their attitudes are as if they do you a favor by giving a minimum of 10% discount, while they keep passing comments behind your back. This review is after at least 10 visits to Noble Chemist, over a period of two years for purchase of bulk medication.
