โ โ โ โ โ I asked the person to give me a smaller bottle of medicine. But he kept on insisting that it's not available even when i could see it right behind the guy and it was also showing it on the computer he searched on. Totally trying to rip off as much money as they can, don't trust this branch.

โ โ โ โ โ Not discipline staff, they should not be respect of patient medicine concerns, very rude in talking and handling customer. They have own rules and regulations based on type of customer to provide the medicines. Medicine and good are there available but protocols of shop varies with customers to customers... they deal for medicine like this it's very ridiculous job of this guys. Shop should closed rather than giving this services to customers

โ โ โ โ โ It seems humanity is left no more. Itโs really sad to see there are such heartless and hopeless people among us.
Had a very bad experience just now at 12 am. I visited this chemist in hurry as my father was admitted and the hospital needed a few things from the medical. I asked the a sales person there he maybe in his late 50โs to give me a pack of biscuit. He denied giving me a pack of biscuit and upon asking he told me I am not allowed to sell anything except medicine after 11 pm according to the government rule. I requested him just one 10rs packet of biscuit as my mom was empty stomached since past few hours and didnโt want her health to deteriorate. The man started shouting at me and told me that he didnโt care whatsoever and will not give me a packet of biscuit.
I even asked him that incase someone is dyIng because of hunger still you wonโt give ? To which he replied with same answer I donโt care I wont give. It seems humanity is left no more. Itโs really sad to see there are such heartless and hopeless people among us.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible service and misinformation to customers, especially when the customer can be a critical patient. I placed order for medicine at 5:30 PM and they said they can send in one or one and half hour. I requested them to send it within 1 hour.
After not receiving my medicine within on e and half hour, when I called them back at 7:30, they said they can't deliver before 9 PM.
They should had informed it earlier as there can be medical emergency.

โ โ โ โ โ Now itโs a full fledged dry fruits and grocery store.
Medicines are secondary business. Availability of medicines is the major problem and waiting period for the same is not less than 15 days. Staff is not even bothered to call back to inform that they can not make it available. All the best for your Dry fruits store.
