★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr salaj bhatnagar is the best audiologist I have seen in my life. I am suffering from hearing loss since 10 years and I am a hearing aid user also. But after meeting with him my life is changed, the hearing aid fitted by him to me has given more mileage in my life. Thanks to him, kudos to his experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.
The 3 women working there were unprofessional, disrespectful, and had no preparation to handle customers in the absence of their boss.
They made us sit in the office for whole 40 minutes they did nothing. Just nothing. I caught them chit chatting in the back office and when I confronted them they became terribly rude and started insulting us for simply asking them why was it taking so freaking long saying that they were searching for a machine. A machine they very casually then said they didnt have to begin with and that we had to reschedule an appointment.
One girl had her mask down the entire time despite telling her many times to wear it properly because we had a very senior person with us.
To add on top of it, while this senior person was trying hard to assess the sounds through his hearing aid, these ill mannered girls were CONSTANTLY passing in and out of the room, banging doors, banging drawers etc
Horrid HORRID service. They were mere sales girls with no medical knowledge or customer service acumen. Fail.
