★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered allegra 120 at 6:30 pm today no arrival till 830 pm the call is always busy and when i got through someone said guy has left with medicine now its 927 pm no sign of delivery phone is again busy very bad service !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went today with a doctors prescription and was attended by one of their staff mr.nitin..I asked him for a strip of each of my medicines which he did,after which i told him that i would like to increase the number that would cover a months supply. I told him this very politely.But this man in return asks me why i cant tell him everything at one go...so i asked him if it was a problem for him to serve me and he says no but at the same time pushes the medicines and my prescription to another staff.
This was very humiliating as a customer since i hadnt dn anything to receive such behaviour..
I then lost my cool and told them that i wont buy from them as i dont hv to accept such behaviour and pharmacies are available on every nook and corner.
I hv been their customer since thy set shop in Lokhandwala area but thy hv lost a customer today...Their service has been lousy since ages..And arrogance on their part shouldnt be tolerated as people who go to buy medicines are already troubled and dont deserve such arrogance.
Shame on them for an arrogant staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a grand store with all possible medicines you desire. But the matter of concern is for home delivery they take a lot of time even if told that it’s serious and urgent. Have been facing this 3 times now, I give them the address & no. & when I call them again after an hour they deny by saying that you haven’t ordered anything or not given your address. Hightes was when they told me you gave wrong address.. why would I do that. Advice is to call them second time again after you have given your order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indeed bad experience I Ordered Glutone 1000 adroit they delivered a different product when i called them the staff said will send someone to collect the product and give you the refund at 2 am now its 4:32 and the delivery boy came to my building i got a notification that he arrived at 4:10 and without coming to my place he left in 5 minutes i called him he said i left for malad and now the staff is saying that ill send him tomorrow he should have told it already its late atleast i could have slept very bad service ps:i gave 5 star so that they put my review at top

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s 24*7 pharmacy store.they deliver the order in given time.staff is knowledgeable about medicines.they also sell skin care and health care products.they also have ice cream and cold drinks in there outside premises.the medicine comes in good packaging.the delivery boy always wear mask and gloves.best pharmacy store in lokhandwala area.
