★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Till now i went there 3 times, each time it took them about 15 min. to find medicine,and only once i actually got the medicine. Staff have no idea where medicines are kept, they kept asking each other about it. I don't think their computer records are well kept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed compression stockings urgently before a flight , had called before to keep them ready but the sales person took 9 min to find them , we could see them hanging on the rack but he disappeared inside . Finally after repeated attempts to call him he cane out totally clueless . Didn’t even get the bill !! Chemist can’t have untrained sales person specially 24 hours store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever go to this place poor service no politeness discipline at all. And my bill was of rupees 261.05 and I paid it using debit card so instead of deducting 261.05 they deducted 262 . I repeat don't ever go.

These guys are selling products which are very almost expired and when u realise that and go to return your product the reply you get is "You have to buy something in return we dont give cash its written on our bills" . The guy on the counter was so rude too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXTREMELY RUDE SALES PERSON-LOOK ALIKE PRODUCTS
I asked for ORS at the counter. Guy at the counter gave me a 40/- energy drink named ORS-L and said it was the same thing. The energy drink was reconstituted orange juice with some electrolytes, which is not the same as WHO recommended ORS, which has electrolytes in a certain proportion. Turns out he had a cheaper Electral produced WHO ORS formula for 24/- per pack but didn't want to sell it to me. On explaining to him that I'd like the WHO-ORS and not the more expensive energy drink, he told me he was educated too and was extremely rude and dismissive. Terrible service. Please hire better sales person.

While looking I found the same product from the shelfs.... and when I asked ur saying no it's there .. answer from a senior person it's a walk innstore help urself .... My question is why u have computer if u can't maintain stocks
the product was haircolor which was kept super first on the vision to and they say red is over... when I searched the shelfs 3rd box was red.... and instead of saying sorry the senior staff made faces and gave a rude answer... Very bad experience with vile parla east noble plus.... Do not get in here
