★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received an e-Challan saying driving without license in the name of some "Aman Singh" who I don't even know, that too in Greater Noida, while the whole time me and my vehicle were in our colony in sector 39 (both the colony guards and cctv footage can be used as evidence for my claim). I don't even understand how such random e-Challan can be issued, tried contacting customer care but couldn't connect, dropped an email just in case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 16/07/21 I was going atta sector 18 from my bike and i was single on my bile with helmate and with complete bike docoments also and I got a msg in evening 2000rs chalan msg on 17-july-2021 i don't know why they cut my chalan no one traffic police stoped me.

Vehicle was having same number as mine, how could it be possible.
Challan no - UP81298210506162603
Kindly cancel the challan and confirm.who is rajendra yadav officer from Akhbar pur Ambedkar Nagar ...I'm gonna file the case on him ...mere ghar ke samne park gaadi ka challan kiya hai inhone..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visited the office of additional DCP traffic, Sector 14A, Noida related to challans. It is situated on the expressway just 100 m from the chilla border. You may pay your e-challans there in cash directly or you may submit the court receipts of challans in original in ROOM No. 17 at two working tables/staff. It will take 4-5 working days to get removed or paid status of the challans from the e-parivahan website for your vehicle. There is no need to bring the print out of your challan issued by the Gautam Buddha Nagar, Traffic police department, just provide them the registration number of your vehicle. It is better if you can pay your challan online as department appears under-staff and may end up in long queue.
There is sufficient and free parking for the visitors.
Will update my review further after the removal of e-challans against my vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What's d point of giving helpline no.if it stays either continously busy or is fake......shame on ds deptt for being so reckless........reported and accident to a traffic policeman posted at sec 59 but still no response.....all d no.listed r fake....even the chief minister.......disgusting.....no website to launch complaints even....
