★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much service. They offer you replacement of your phone's instead of even doing minor repairs. If you are within warranty it may sound ok but mine was out of it and I was asked to pay 25k within 16 months for replacing my Nokia Sirocco which I purchased for 50 k. They should close down the service centre and ask the buyers to throw the phone away after warranty period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I left my phone for a small complaint, charging pin was loose and not getting charged properly. First they said they do no have part, so will let me know. And I left my phone with them. As I was busy, I couldn't follow up. After a month they say that as the phone was off for a month the mother board is spoilt. And when I collected my phone today, they say the battery has become puffy and that is also spoilt. I don't believe that if a phone is switched off for a month it is not usable. They are fraud people. Be careful if you go to the Nokia service station. Do not leave your phone with them on any circumstances.
