★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service...My wife phone have charging problem they solve it withing 30 min also very polite all the staff... Mention timing and everything in display... Also I had no bill because of purchase from flipkart.. They said please mail us i mailed and they accepted... Also evry step I got sms that when they start job, when ready my phone to pickup... Everything I got sms.... Best part is staff said in 2020 every nokia phone comes with replacement warrenty so any defect only replacement.. Which is really great... Minor problem they service otherwish they replace... Very very good service.. Only one bad this is not easily located from a normal vehicle.. Also this is situated in narrow road so car have to park out side bike OK... Please come with use of Google map.. And upper side of building have Sign Board.Timing everyday 10am to 6pm..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever service center, they purposely break your phone parts and then convince you to repair it and to your surprise they charge you exorbitant for another faulty parts, and then they will deny and ask you to pay again to get it repaired. Moreover their behaviour is like dogs and cats

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center, I went there for the charging issue of my mobile. They didn't even check and told that it will cost around 3k. I asked that will you please check first then you can come to cost conclusion. When I went to one outside mobile service center they fixed it in 400. They mentioned that it was a small issue. Recommending not go visit this place. I have complained to Nokia forum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is NO LONGER a NOKIA CARE unit... It's now service centre for 1+... As per owner, there is no NOKIA AUTHORISED service centre at HOWRAH and he advised to visit service centre at Esplanade.... ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is a bit tough to find as it is on the first floor of a building that looks like a residential APARTMENT. But the location on Google map is pretty accurate.
Service was good and fast.
The receptionist also was very polite & helpful.
They are authorized service center for Nokia & JBL.
