They first told me to submit the phone and some money i have to pay then they will say the part is available or not and if you didn't want to get repaired then they will not refund the money back

Owner is super cool and very few can match the centre owners customer Focus attitude.

Strictly following covid norms .
Staff at front desk are very polite.
Right now I am not communicating on their services because yesterday only I gave my LENOVO M 10 FHD for service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and pathetic people. I had issues in 3.5mm jack of my in warrenty phone. So naturally i took my phone their and they opened it did some micro soldering and gave me back my phone to check. And after checking i told them that the issue wasn't solved. And then they told me that i had repaired my phone else where and that they would not cover warrenty. And rejected my phone. When i asked they told me that the seal was intact but the phone was been tampered with. I don't know how to respond to that. The three month old phone was denied service because they didn't wanted to do it. I paid 21000 for a phone that had manufacturing defect and they literally screwed me. I tried calling other coustom care they told me the same thing that my phone has been black listed and will not be covered under warranty. I have to pay additional 10000 for the service. Lost faith in humanity.
