I went to this service centre lot of times.I went thr to replace my charging port because its a manufacturing defect,but since I had a small crack in my phone,they refused to accept my phone and started charging me Rs.11,000 to repair my phone.Really??11,000 to replace a phone?I will better prefer to buy a new one rather than repairing this phone.
I replaced the phone and made it like new from a local shop which took only Rs.4000 for back glass replacement,front display replacement,charging port replacemtnt,everything for Rs.4000.Nokia was the most trusted brand once upon a tym in India,but now,its the worst brand in India,the worst quality phones.Build quality no doubt is good but the internal parts are very bad.
There is network problem in most of the nokia phones,there is charging port issue in most of the nokia phones.
Never visit this service centre,its betr to visit a nearby local shop(a good trust worthy shop) to repair the phone.Otherwise you will be looted very badly ..Thank You .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service Center. Workers are irresponsible for their work. I need to remind them to solve my phone's problem again again. They wasted my whole precious day in finding only small issue, and they don't know how much time or day they will take to solve
For my new Nokia 7.1 in warranty period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave a phone at 12:30 PM on a Tuesday and was promised a call back informing me the probable charges and time to repair. There was no call back and the service centre has a knack for not picking up calls. Utterly unprofessional.
