★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hamida from Nomadic Travels was helpful and understood our need very well. The 17 seater traveller (PKN modified) was booked from Mumbai-Nashik-Mumbai. It was neat and clean but was noisy throughout the travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a excellent company and really recommend to all people to take rental from this company. I had best driver Mr. Ravi during my trip for 5 days and he was super and very kindful driver and I was very happy with him.
I also thank Mrs. Hamida for her support and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional service provider. Does not want to oblige their own written agreements. Always looking to mint money without providing complete & agreed services. The driver provided was so rude and unprofessional. The vehicle provided was also not upto the mark.
Hamida was particularly very unprofessional, calling people in the middle of the night even when they are not the account holders for the service requested. Does not respond to the problems reported during the trip.

The vehicle which was sent for trip, was not checked properly and it just got broke down in 1 hour of journey.
There was no mechanic available and we 10people were waiting in rains for 1 and half hour and no backup vehicle was sent for our trip.
Post trip, even if we had kms and time left for our vehicle, service provider and driver denied to drop 1 person to last drop point.worst service provider ever.also vehicle details like photos were sent while booking were of new car , but we were given old dirty winger for our journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have hired a Crysta 7+1. The middle seats are very comfortable where as the last seat is having very low height and we felt very uncomfortable. However the trip was went well and I suggest to put the well known drivers who are familiar with the areas since the people travelling may not knowing the routes. This will help to improve and cover the sight seeing places nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked 13 seater tempo traveller from Mumbai to Mahabaleshwar and return for 3 days. The vehicle was very neat n clean, the driver Shaji was very polite and friendly, he was like a driver kum tourist guide for the trip, he used to clean the vehicle every morning, the ac was amazing. It was overall a very good trip. Hamida from the agency was very professional and there were not any addon or hidden charges added to what Hamida had agreed in d beginning. I would certainly recommend to go with this travel agency.
