★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you talk about thai cuisine you will find many in Bengaluru but finding the authentic one’s is very rare. So recently I got to hear about this new place which has come up in forum Shantiniketan mall. The property has been built with lots of efforts as I could see they have tried everything in that place to make it look authentic and feel Thailand alike. The interiors are really lit. They have even placed aTUK TUK outside the restaurant which is an piece of attraction for the visitors. So I went to that place and tried their Pre-set & course menu Non-veg. With non-veg options they have kept Indian veg culture in mind and have curated a special menufor vegetarians too.
Welcomed with refreshing drinks Thai Herb Lemonade and Spicy Mango Ice Tea .
The food which I loved and would recommend you have is Som Tam Corn, Phad thai spring roll, Thai herb chicken salad, Green Curry Veg , Pineapple Fried Rice.
In desserts we had Mango Ice Cream with Candied Chili , Mango Stick Rice Cone.
I loved the food and the hospitality of the place. This place is really authentic and uses ingredients which are used for making thai food they don’t use alternate food items. I will post few pictures too for your reference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most authentic Thai food experiences in Bangalore, such was the meal at this place that a text review would not be justice to the visual treat that this place is.
We started our meal with the 1st course which had some Corn salad, Paneer Larb in a spicy lime dressing served inside a cup made from lettuce and the evergreen Pad thai spring roll. Paneer in the lettuce cup was the best of the three with the other 2 being close behind.
The 2nd course consisted of Corn Cakes, Spicy Okra Salad & Thai Herb Chicken Salad. Being a Non Vegetarian I would have chosen the Chicken Salad but it was the Spicy Okra which was a real surprise here, which was tossed in Garlic Lime Dressing. This course was also served with a Thai Herb Lemon Grass Juice with Ginger Ale which was quite refreshing.
Next we got tried the Pineapple Fried Rice, Stir Fried Vegetables & Stir Fried Water Chestnuts. Stir Fried veggies were simply amazing, quite spicy but paired very well with the Pineapple Rice.
For the 4th Course, we got a Cucumber Cup with spicy southern thai style minced chicken along with Golden Fried Fish topped with Thai three flavour sauce. Both of these were simply amazing. But the best part of this course was Spicy Mango Iced Tea which was simply fabulous.
In the Maincourse, we got Chicken Satay & Thai Style Grilled Chicken done 3 ways. We topped this off with some rice and Chicken Massaman Curry. Thai Tangy BBQ chicken was my favourite here.
Finally, the dessert was a cute little surprise with some sticky rice topped with Mango served in a cone made from banana leaf.
Overall a truly wow meal, it was a like a journey through different parts of Thailand. I am surely going to be a regular here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an amazing place with good ambience and courteous staff. Food is good.. We loved everything we ate. You'll get to try totally different flavours you would have never had. Traditional Green Thai curry was amazing and authentic. Basil fried rice was something different and tasty. Chicken glass noodles salad was exceptional. Lemony basil flavour. Really it was amazing experience. Will visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This new Thai restaurant is located at Prestige Shantiniketan.This place has a beautiful Ambiance, right from the entrance to the dining area. The entrance features a Tuk Tuk, which is an amazing prop to get your pictures clicked. The interiors are properly lit with some amazing painting and wall decor.
