★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to live in. Development is still in progress. Greenery cleanliness are well maintained. It is quite near to Noorwala village on noorwala road itself. Though erikshaw and auto rickshaw are available from the main gate on road, still to have your own vehicle is preferred for the best transport experience.
More residential dwelling units will be made in future in the coming towers. Overall, a good and small residential complex to live in Ludhiana city of Punjab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ serenity. no pollution. non-intrusive neighbours. enough greenery in middle of Ludhiana exclusive to the residents-it is not a public park. enough path for strolling.
Cons:
Noorenclave space management company which looks after the maintenance as per the sales Agreement, a registered document, does not have regular staff. As a result, the maintenance activity is of poor quality. The Kumra Housing company, the owner of the company, fails to deliver the genuine services in a professional and buyers friendly manner. It is a major cause of unpleasant experiences for the buyers and disturb the serenity of the peaceful habitation.
The present review is re-edited to lower ranking on 15/10/2021. The reviewer endorse the review of Amit Pathania, which is brief, direct and more effective. Amit Pathania gives one star.
