★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad behaviour of the staffs as well as the owner, they will talk to you nicely till the time u haven't purchased the camera after that they treat very badly, I gave my lens for cleaning the fungus , I used to go from Tatisilwai to mai road and befor coming I always used to call them Nd everytime they said yes it's ready and everytime u went they saud come tomorrow, for 4 days this happened and after that when I got my lens back a part of lens was missing I asked about that they started shouting on me and said this is what you gave don't argue after a long argument they saud come tomorrow and take your lens , the way of talking and services are rubbish and unprofessional, I highly recommend not to buy anythiy from.this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try to Avoid purchasing things from this place Please and Please be careful do not purchase any product from this shop , they are selling cheap items at very high price , you can compare the price of this store and any other stores in Ranchi , you will find there is huge price difference so better try buying camera accessories with other stores / vendors in Ranchi , first of all Nora Lab will charge you very high price and with no proper grantee and warranty , After sales service is very poor , waste of your money , better try purchasing items from Daily market which is just 100 meters away from this shop , the thing which you will get in Daily market at Rs 50 same item will cost you in Nora lab for Rs 500 . dont waste your hard earned money on purchasing products from this shop .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is one staff over here having a bald head, too much attitude and ego problem he has. He has absolutely no manners of talking to customer. I got my passport sized photo clicked and printed from here and I was a regular customer of this place,everytime I needed to get a pic clicked I went here and also referred this place to many.But today when I went to collect the pics, that fellow his manner of talking was very rude and he literally threw the envelope containing pics on the table for no reason. Is this the behaviour your staff should exhibit to a customer? Why so much of ego and attitude? Am I getting the pics clicked for free?! You lost a loyal customer Nora Photo Lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you will go to the shop to purchase something they will behave very nicely. But once you purchase something after that the customer service is very poor. They can also sell you old and defective piece for lower cost. Won't recommend going to this shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Photographer and one of my boy just Buy Simpex Led Model 406 and its price is in online is 1999 with bettery and charger and they said that in online platform they didn't provide battery and charger. when just enquiry about that Product in local market all over Jharkhand they said that the product price is 2100.
Products is totally damaged when i just unboxed in morning at home also quality is worst i didn't recommend simpex brand.
when i asked to owner they said that its fair price is correct .?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the first camera (Kodak) of my life from here in 2004. Today again I got a chance to buy something from here and the shopping experience was great too. Actually I had to buy a lens from canon which was not available anywhere but here i got it at very affordable price. I am very happy, many thanks to Nora Foto Lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the behaviour of all the staff who serves customers with very politely.
I visited here for passport size photo printing, they charge for this only ₹30 for 8 photos, and the quality of paper is too good.
Other shops if you visit for passport size photo ,they charge ₹50 to ₹60 only for 6 photos.
Second time when I visited here for A4 size photo printing, they charge for this only ₹ 60 which is too much low as comparison to other shops.
Really I'm very appreciate for this shop.
Quality, quantity and and most adorable thing that is customer relationship is the unique identification for this shop.
