But please make sure you settle your security amount at the end of contract before evacuating the house itself. They will not respond your calls if you have any amount pending with landlord for utility bills. We had to move urgently and considering the trust that we had in both the agency and house owner we agreed to leave Rs. 2500 and they promised to pay whatever is left after the payments. Now its been 2 months Norohna Estate Agency has stopped responding to our calls. Landlord now refused to pay because all of a sudden they have realized that we have damaged their house, which they could not see at the time of 1 hour long inspection before we handed over the keys. We made mistakes trusting them on words instead of taking a written proof. I hope no one else does that.
