★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are cooperative . But apart from this , everything is not up to the mark here . The building is very old . Waiting place is not neat & clean . Sitting arrangement is not proper . Display board needs upgradation .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buses for different routes are available. But the place is in a real need of renovation. The staff are cooperative and answer all your queries whenever approached. However, they need to take care of the cleanliness of the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raiganj state bus stand. Have Seating arrangement. Pay and use toilet available. All nbstc busses stop here from morning to evening thereafter bypass the town. Bus stand situated at the middle of the town. Enquiry help desk here. You can also call them for enquiry. Long rout busses cross raiganj at night does not go insifde the town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State government owned bus depot.. Raigang town.. One will get buses for most of the towns of North Bengal and Kolkata.. But after 4 pm you won't get buses for Dalkhola & siliguri route.. So move to siliguri more on the high way of the town there you may get some buses coming from other routes..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NBSTC Bust Stand here serves the passengers to the best possible ways it can. The staffs are good. The place is clean but more modifications can be done. More importantly, it's situated in an area surrounded by many shops and hotels. Medicine shops are nearby as well.
