★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I visited multiple times with JEE begusarai regarding my problem. He is so ignorant as if he is the rule maker and will do whatever he wants.
Seeing this atlast I filed the complain in electricity ombudsman in Patna and the issue was resolve .
Currently this company on the name provide all complain service s online but it's of no use. When you will raise complain online they will resolve it without any resolution.
To be open these people specially in Begusarai will not listen any complain until and unless you visit personally and pay some bribe.

PIPRA BAZAR .A SMALL VILLAGE also known as SAKHUA .Electricity distribution is very bad out here especially during this lockdown .GOVERNMENT sending electricity bill every month but the electricity supplied to the villagers are not enough because the give for 5 minutes and goes of for more than 1 hour .seriously the worst thing ever happening to old people

Electricity bill is sent according to your wishes. In one of the millions of someone in some 2 years, 500,000 people send Bhima in this way, people will get disturbed by the people of Dastan village
The phone does not even pick up the phone.
