Power cuts for hours with no update. Unacceptable

The rule and regulation of North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited very nice government of electrical is very good very appreciate able work while we found a bulb lightning in our house home room or anywhere I am very happy with the government works and I always do suppot but here to get a connection is very costly and much of problems which no one can understand about meter reading charges . In many more which I cannot highlights here i found many persons poor person which do not have amount to take food three times in a day but the electricity bill cames around 20000-30000 or 15000 there is very much problemable to understand how this is happening . because all the issues knowledge under local department staff and authority but the problem issues not been solve why this is happening . If the electrical department given permission to local franchises for the distribution and collect the electricity bill amount if a person every month submitting the bill and when a customer found the annual electrical bill for the year customer supposed to be shocked to see the bill amount very big amount why the authorised authority's never understand why this issues came turn-by-turn person to person why. why government thinking about development but never thinking about solve the issues of societies persons local poor peoples or anyone but if they any one have the solution then why not utilised have to stop this types of misuses and wrong bills. As government never get anything but the people hesitate to submit the bill people hesitate to contact with government people are Innocence never come to complain with government because he think if government right then the bill is correct but he never able to decide sometimes government make mistakes when some third person reporting wrong reading or wrong words about some kind of work.

In the summer time they cut again and again Electricity ..fix it up
