★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All employees are careless and they are thinking, any body can not do any thing.
My had taken electric connection in 2
May 2016, but still I have not gotten meter connection. Regarding this issue I have also submitted 4 times application , but there are not any response. I have also senior person JE,SDO ; they awaly deny that we have no new meter from last four years.
Why government is paying such type of public servants.
I feel shame to think about such type of careless person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequent power cut and service is really pathetic. The fluctuations in power cut is on the regular basis. I will share one day electricity cut routine that is not so rare but regular almost every other day. 9:30 am to 5 pm - Power cut, 6:30 pm to 7 pm - power cut, 8 pm to 9:30 pm - power cut, 10:45 to 11:30 pm - power cut. After that I was not awake to note down ?. This is really pathetic which is really affecting my work. I am daughter of Shiv Nath Prasad and a software engineer who is currently working from home in this pandemic. It seems you guys do not want Bihar to grow at all. I am talking about main area of Sitamarhi i.e. Old Exchange Road, Satyadevpuri. Now think about the future of Bihar if this continues. Government really need to focus on the development of Bihar.

I am from Bihar,and I feel so proud to say that this is Located in my hometown.
One should visit this office.
Mindblowing.
But not accepting UPI payments or online payments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful Campus, decorated with beautiful Madhubani Paintings everywhere situated right in the city center. There is just two counter to deposit your electricity rent. However, services are slow and still average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many things need to improvement the basic facilities is the providing the bill but the not providing the bill at time. And when you need your electricity bill then you visit the office complain and then provide your electricity bill.
Poor service all things need to improvement in this office.
