★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice PG and overall accomodation is also very good. It is good in maintenance and hygiene. It's rooms are fully furnished and the surrounding environment is also favourable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to click on one star while reviewing only to open the page for posting . This place does not even deserve one star rating. The owner of the Pg is a manipulative and greedy man. These days after the du opened up , they are asking huge amount of money for such a small bed that you have to shrink yourself while sleeping. They write that four time meals are given but believe me the tea has no milk but water. Also there are many disturbances and always knock knock on your door for one or the other thing. The tv or paintings they show to impress the innocent parents is just a bluff. No one uses them. I shifted two months ago and now they are making me vacate the place because apparently some girls are ready to give more money than me . If it can happen to me today, it can happen to any girl tomorrow. I request the students and their parents, please don’t fall into their trap of looting your money in the name of “interior designed rooms and paintings and safety”. It is the worst pg where I have ever lived .

1. Location
2. Distance from University
3. Safety/ Security
4. Ambiance
5. Facilities and quality of facilities
6. Behaviour of Staff and Management
7. Cost or pocket friendly
Let's check the Pg. Whether its passes on the above criterias Or not:
1. Location : Colony - Vijay Nagar - Very Posh Colony, Colony Main Road Property, Adjacently opposite Delhi University Ground, Polo Ground, Delhi Police Ground and Delhi Police Sports Ground
High Security area, being VIP area, Opposite Delhi Police and Delhi Police Sports Ground
2. Distance from North Campus: It's the nearest colony from North Campus. Daulat Ram College, SRCC, Miranda House, Ramjas College are just 1 km from Pg.
Other colonies like Kamla Nagar etc are far away from these colleges
3. Safety / Security: Being Posh Colony and High Security area due to Delhi Police Ground and Delhi Police Sports Ground, it's safe area. The Pg has also provided security measures like Guard, CC TV Cameras, Lady Warden etc.
4. Ambience : Delhi University Ground and Polo Grounds are opposite to building. So outside ambience is very good. Due to properly designed by interior designer, the ambience is Good.
5. Facilities : Food is very delicious and mouth watering. Its 4 times balanced diet including Fruits, Sprouts, Black Chana, Sweets etc. Free Laundry available and other premium facilities like Water dispenser, Microwave oven, unlimited wifi are available
6. Behaviour of Staff is excellent. Management is very caring and you will Celebrate festivals in Great party mood and enjoy every moment.
7. Cost: All premium facilities with quality available just above the basic price.
So I rate this Pg as 5 our of 5 and highly recommend, thought Pg is almost full.
