★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorest of all labs, they don have a system. They don even give reports online. For CT scan reports, they take more than 48 hrs, during tiugh times of corona they are charging almost double charges and after that also they are not providing proper service. They don pick calls... they are not even following covid protocols, mockery of rules all around. Its better to avoid this lab to save your life, owner is only interested in minting black cash taking this covid as oppurtunity as all payments are being taken in cash without a sealed or signed receipt. This lab should be reported to icmr. Once they have taken the payment, its upto the patient to get tested and extract reports, they are least bothered about the patients comfort. Literally ull have to fight to get tested as there is lot of red tapism here, most people are doing some ear talks with technitians and breaking queues, pls avoid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst of its management. I was regular to this diagnostic centre from last 10 years, but the staff and management is worse now. They don't care for the patient. Only ready take appointments , making them wait for hours and hours for testing and report both. Cleanliness is at worst. They say they appointment ok phone but when they give, they say we don't give any appointment. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to such painful diagnostic cetre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. No system of coordination between different bodies at the centre.
I called the front-desk and got confirmation to collect my CT-scan reports at 18:00hrs. I went immediately and was told by the guy handing out the reports that they are not ready yet and would be done by 20:00 hours. Then I had to go back and forth 4-5 times to get front-desk and the other guy to talk and then they kept blaming each other. After 2 long hours when I started to get irritated and warned them of talking to the higher authorities they mentioned that we checked and the reports have left the centre, please go and pick from the other centre in Shalimar Bagh. Then the staff had the audacity to argue back instead of apologizing (front-desk lady apologized, the guy handing out reports argued very rudely and unprofessionally). I wasn't even the only guy there who got the wrong timing and had to deal with this attitude.
Wouldn't recommend in case of medical emergencies or for any other case either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here with my friend for ultrasound. It took me half hour to done with all. The lady at front desk was humble and I got my friends report through whatsapp which I collected later from there.
Overall experience was good enough

doctor & phlebotomist all were good and polite
