★ ★ ★ ★ ★ এই স্থানের মতো খারাপ অভিজ্ঞতা আমার কোথাও হয়নি। এনারা হলেন টাকার পিচাষ যাকে বলে। আপনাকে সময় দেবে usg এর 1 টায় আর আপনার time আসবে বিকেল4 টে। এনাদের ব্যাবহার অত্যন্ত খারাপ।
 I have never had such a bad experience in this place. They are called money peddlers. You will be given time at 1 o'clock of usg and your time will come at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Their use is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a disregard from diagnostic centre that there is still no provision for online transaction and they only accept 'cash' and there is no checking of body temperature using infrared thermometers,which is against the government guidelines. I highly suggest Local police station to immediately take action against these careless people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a good experience with Northend about my reports which I got timely each time , specially the person who comes to collect the blood and give injections has a very swift hand and the behaviour is also good. In last few months I have undergone three surgeries and all the tests have been done from Northend. I don't know about the future but hope the centre will definitely try to serve the society better by meeting the expectations of its client!
