Staffed with senior expats and Indian architects, Nostri is a growing full service architectural firm dedicated to international quality design and documentation services based in New Delhi. We are committed to revamping the concept of design and documentation in India to International Standards. With In house capabilities of Master Planning, Architecture, Interior ad Landscape Design, Nostri is currently involved in the design and production of over 20 million square feet of development across all market sectors including Large Mixed Use, Residential, Retail, Hotels, Office Buildings, Institutions and Townships.
Nostri Architects was founded in 2010 by the founding partners and internationally experienced duo Mr. Kevin Coulter, AIA (Executive Principal) and Mr. Syed Adil Pasha, COA (Principal).
A graduate from Mumbai University Adil has been heading operations for Aedas India from 2008 till 2010. With over 12 years of work experience, he went on to work with world renowned architect, Hafeez Contractor in Mumbai for couple of years handling a variety of Architectural Projects.
