★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I doubt on the reviews given about Nova IVF here. Being a patient of NOVA from last four months, I strongly do not recommend to take treatment from here. Whole team of doctors is money minded and work like machine. I tried to interect Dr. Manish many times to understand the genuine reason of my infertility but he never explained and discussed and always passed on to her Junior Dr. Parul. And offcourse she was always in attitude never explained the situation. The IVF cycle cost me more than what they initially quoated and kept added the money untill we stopped taking treatment after failure of the cycle and they had answer for it as usual. We kept infroming them our previous treatment but he never paid attention. It doesn't make any difference to them but it is really means to us as emotionally and financially. Please think carefully before choosing NOVA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given a minus rating if there was an option. It's surprising to see such a huge practice run, with such little empathy towards patients and their follow ups. It was utterly humiliating to see Dr. Manish Banker showed us the door, when clearly we asked for sonography images and reports.
The treatment was fully paid for but we were treated as if this was charity. We never questioned the diagnosis from the doctors, but there was ZERO clarity on billing and reports of the entire treatment.
A huge chain of hospitals but such barbaric ways of working, its sorry to see that the Doctor is not even apologetic of the entire bad experience we had, not in person, not even on this email. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL FOR ANY SORTS OF TREATMENT. LACK OF INTEGRITY, LACK OF TRANSPARENCY OF THE PROCESS. AND IN THE END IT IS THE PATIENT WHO IS LEFT WITH A BITTER EXPERIENCE.
"I will be writing a detailed blog on this entire sour experience with Nova IVF Ahmedabad." Patients are not treated right at this place and it's time someone learns this!

We thought that the top level team would not give you that warmth needed by the patients, however there are positive vibes that you get, because of the expertise and results that they have delivered. Got good support from the staff there. And at the end, results are always not in the hands of the doct, so if you are anywhere in the world, you can trust Nova for their expertise and processes, and help yourself to stay positive.
