★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a formlabs machine from them, the machine broke down in four months. I have raised support requests with Formlabs USA as Novabeans or the resellers weren't taking any kind of responsibility. Well, formlabs usa took another month to respond and push Novaebans to support us and now the machine has been with Novabeans for more than a month.
They don't respond ot emails in time or follow up proactively. Horrible experience, hope other customers are not facing such severe issues.
