★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont know about after sales concept and one has to purchase and forget the dealer as they treat us like we purchased a second hand door or rather say a scrap door. I dont suggest anyone to purchase it from Novelty doors and even after 18 months they cannot send anyone for repairing fault in doors. A very useless shop and useless persons operating shop. Waste of time and money. Doors swelled and even got 4 inches holes in sides of doors but one is here to repair it in warranty period.
