★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The collection is good but when i received the saree after 10 days it was not even ironed. So once you buy they don't consider you. It was so frustrating ta to the salesman and receiving same answer that we don't iron and provide the saree when while buying I was promised to receive the Ready to wear Saree.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopping in Delhi can be quite overwhelming with the number of choices, designs and options.
Novelty is one shop which helped me zero down on what I wanted. The collection is vast and varied and salespersons are quite helpful.
Different floors have different types of clothes and clothing materials.
Only the billing experience was a bit tiresome and confusing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a poor service ,request dont bye anything from this shop, i travelled from far to this shop to by my engagement gown, asked so much of time in delivering , and when i was trying to call in between to check on status , no one pick the call, if they don't want to respond for calls written on the bill, neither landline nor Mobile. They should not mention the number ,for ppl traveling from distances to pick, its a bad experience to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a place for ladies clothes located in Rajouri Garden. All types of suits, sprees and lehangas are available. Nice collection and also rates are reasonable. Staff is courteous and helpful. A must visit shop for purchase of ladies clothes.

Not a place I would call value for money, but, then, they do have a lot of variety if you're able to, and ready to spend a lot of money on things you would otherwise get a lot cheaper elsewhere (not in and around Rajouri Garden market!). Probably, good for people with deep pockets. Over everything else, they also use baits like 50% off, something almost all the stores in the area prominently display to lure customers, and then you get nothing worth paying that much money, even at a 50% off prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the collection. Vast variety of clothes they have. Loved almost every suit they showed us , mind blowing. Went thr for my friend’s wedding shopping, I wanted to buy only 2 suits but end up buying 8-9 pieces. Thr Staff and owner Mr.Harjot ( I remember his name because he personally looked after me) was is really professional, sweet, polite and patient.
