★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took training from Nikhil bhai for more than 4 months before lockdown and 2 months online after lockdown, and I have lost 10 Kgs and gained a lot of lean muscle. Body fat reduced from 35 percent to 20 percent. I was also learning MMA online which was more interesting than normal cardio. Nikhil bhai gave me quick results and no one can match that standards now, so I prefer online training with Nikhil Sir than any offline gym trainers.
