★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NRI Seawoods Phase II us a cluster of 11 Buildings each having 20 floors (Each floor has Two 2BHK Flats n Two 3BHK Flats). The complex had club, pool, play ground, ground level parking in the building as well as outside. Wide road n open area provides ample space for walkers too. Shops for daily needs, medicines are available in the shop area at the gate of the complex. The complex has the palm beach road on one sude and creek on the other providing open area and fresh air besides a beautiful view. The local railway station is just kilometre away and the new mumbai airport is coming up just about 6 kilometres away. Drive to colaba / gateway of india or the current airport is 1 hour...
