This is a place where the girls not only learns dance but also lessons of how to lead a life of ethics and morals. In today day and age where art is a business,this is the place where art and discipline is what matters. The girls not only are trained to be great dancers
but also good human beings!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From my association with Nrithyanjali, Pune for past 30+ years I know that I have been extremely lucky to have Dr. Mrs. Vasundhara Sreedharan as my Guru. Here, I not only learnt traditional classical Bharat Natyam dance in its purest form but also learnt to respect our traditions, culture and close bonding between Guru and Shishya. I got opportunities to participate in several state-level and national-level dance competitions and programs, awe-inspiring creations of dance dramas and beautifully choreographed dances. The study tours to learn and experience classical as well as folk dances from all over India were enriching experiences that taught so much more than just dance. In my experience this is the best place to get traditional Bharat Natyam dance lessons and also to imbibe Indian traditional values and culture.

I’ve been a student at Nrityanjali under the guidance of Guru Dr. Mrs. Vasundhara Sreedharan since I was 5 years old.
I have not only learned dance under her guidance but also valuable life lessons which guide me through my life till this date.
The teaching style and atmosphere at Nrityanjali is very homely and for me it’s an extension of my family and a place I consider my home.
I am very grateful for the blessings of my Guru and continue to learn and train under her 28 years after and strong!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined Nrityanjali dance academy at the age of 5 in the year 2003 and I have grown up looking up to ma'am. There are so many values that she taught us which help me in my life even today.
My guru (Dr. Vasundhara Shreedharan) didn't just teach us dance but educated us about our culture, mythology, history and taught us the art of living life. She has a tender heart and a strict exterior and she stresses the importance of discipline and sincerity in children. This academy will teach you the most authentic form of Bharatanatyam and will also educate you about the science and history of indian classical dance making you fall in love with the artform.
