Here at ns.one there is no service prior to sales, so just imagine what will happen after sales.
Just visit once at ns.one and get such experience... first of all they won't take your call and if you visit their store, they even won't offer you a glass of water..
One of the worst pre-owned dealers in entire DELHI and NCR region, according to me, who are very rude with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I fell in love with motorcycles was in 1999. Overdrive or Autocar (I can’t remember the name of thr publication) was a new magazine. On the cover was the Suzuki Hayabusa. I remember that golden bike vividly. And as a teenager I fell in love with motorcycles.
Over the years I visited this store quite often. It was a 3D rendition of the ‘My List’ tab on Netflix for me. Every single machine there was something I dreamed of owning. Finally, 22 years later, I stepped in one day and got a Street Triple. The owners were very helpful, they cleared my doubts, offered healthy feedback about taking it slow and then insisted I take gear so I don’t leave pieces of myself on the road. It is a motorcycle after all.
Every single person in that store loves motorcycles, which is why they love their jobs and which is why as a customer I was quite happy to make my dream come true in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't approach these people NS one where they have no ethics and they sell all defected bikes with defected papers. i am a victim where i have bought a Daytona 675 R and they have cheated me with all soft talks and now they took the bike back saying the they have a good deal post making the advance payment now they say that the bike is defected and they do not want to buy the bike. the time i had the bike i have only used Triumph authorised service centre services. i have no clue what they have done to my bike by keeping it with them for more than 2 days. now i have to file a police complain and take a legal aid please. so any one stepping in to the showroom make sure you will land into problems since they have a habit to cheat people. i have a friend of mine who bought a bike from them and its more than 1 year he is also suffering where NS one is not able to register the bike till date.
Today on 15th April 2022 where there was conference call with Mr. Saurabh and Mr. Saran ( NS One partners) top resolve the matter however Mr. Saran was very ABUSIVE AND Have threatens me too. ( all cals are recorded) once gain i request all the viewers and reader to be very careful i am sharing my experience with NS one however Mr. Saurabh was sensible and wanted to resolve the mater.
