★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NTPC Anandam SAS Ltd is well known mostly known for Sharweshwar temple which is in front of Main gate. AWHO township is near to society, which consists of ECHS and CSD and very helpful for defence person. Pari chowk bus station and Jaypee greens pari chowk metro station is around 3.7 KM from society.

The design and layout are good, the location is very good, but when you enter the place you get a sense of being in a run-down locality, which is rather sad. The plots are a decent size but many remain unoccupied and/or lacking in upkeep. Rentals are low and those who originally invested in this society are in a fix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located on zero point and nearest to Knowledge park 2 metro station (Aqua Line). The future prospects are very good of this society as it is on the initiation of Yamuna expressway i.e. just 20 min drive from upcoming Noida international airport.

Don't purchase house in this society
1.Most of the people are illiterate and not civilized lives here,most of the caretakers lives they all are labour
2. Narrow roads when society will have full occupancy this society will have parking problem
3.Security is just for name they don't ask any one he is coming in society.
4. Many theft happened within society
5. Dogs menace
6. You will find more blue collar jobs crowd not white collar
Note :- dealer will lure you , this society lacks basic amenities, security issue , crowd is Rich but is savage
