I have been working for Nucleus Software since mid feb of 2017, so it's almost 5 months now.
It was a campus recruitment and then we went through rigrous training of nearly 2 and a half months. For that training period we worked almost 6–7 days every week.
The training takes place in NSBT which is a seperate division specially for training purpose only.
In NSBT they will give you such tremendous loads of quality work which will strech your boundaries, Specially on every weekends you will be given an assignment which can take nearly 4–5 working days but you have to submit them on monday itself. So we came on Saturdays and Sundays and worked like we never did, On those weekends we regreted our decision to choose Nucleus, But to our surprise almost everyone was able to complete the assignments which were seemed like impossible to us.
Hard days passed…then we were sent on floors to work on projects currently going on, this selection again was based on our performance but even if you work poorly they do not fire you, they will give you more time (but yes if you are really awful then no one can help you).
“Only NSBT can do such a miraculous thing to teach technologies in 2–3 months, which normally take 9–10 months, Thanks to Ankur Chaturvedi Sir, The Mastermind of NSBT”.
Rest of the training (6 months) is on floors, working on projects,making your work count. Here again as a trainee you will be provided help and support regularly, the seniors are very helpful towards freshers and you will not feel neglected anytime.
Nucleus is like a family, we work together, we celebrate together. There will be many opportunities to show your skills in other activities too…as they are held on regular basis.
