★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is not that good, although her diets are good but attitude is another level. I lost 4 kgs in 1.5 month, my haemoglobin levels also improved significantly but I faced alot of demotivation, although she might think she is being strict but she has a rude way of talking. Also there was lot of criticising instead of being understood. If i have issues i have it, no nobody wants it so the person should atleast counsel the matter and take things forward in a good way. If you compare me with how other people are still moving on with the diet then sorry that is not a great deal, i have paid you for dealing with my time. There are many good diets available online but i went for personal consultation so that my personal problems are dealt with.
