★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencing the best way to handle weight loss journey. Handling a 62 yr old lady was damn difficult but Dr Nisha has been calm and supportive throughout the journey. She has always made sure that there is complete food satisfaction in the diet chart provided. Apart from being strict, she has also been flexible enough to help the changes as per my mother in law's health issue. Little expensive but the results are worth it.

She gives you an idea as to how to eat, when to eat and how much we should eat. Believe me when I started and following her chart was thinking how I will survive only with small amount of foods but after some days trust me I was the one who was thinking that all this days whatever I was eating was just over loaded any unhealthy food ?? And my journey has just begin but I can literally see the difference and definitely I know I will go with her for more days it’s not just stopped here...... She is just amazing?
