★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with this company. Seems like just a one man show. They charge Rs 24 K for a stool metagenomic test which they send to Bangalore to Medgenome labs. They are just agents for Medgenome in Delhi. My sample was collected without any stabilizer solution, which leads to degradation of bacterial DNA. They claim that it will be delivered at -80 C, but no proof, just empty words, no regular updates. Even ordinary tests from SRL labs for Rs 500 give regular updates with SMS, emails. Unprofessional, unreliable, not trustworthy.
