★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic delivery. Our food was not delivered within the promised 60 mins. In fact, it wasn’t delivered at all. The owner was extremely rude, unapologetic and threatened to cancel our order after waiting for 90 minutes. Worst customer service ever!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my second time delivery in 2days.The first time experience was so good that I was tempted to order again& that too on chef Manish’s recommendation-Jamaican heights peri peri....I must say very disappointed!!Not going to order food from them again..I requested for a spicy pizza& I got a pizza which had a sweet tomato sauce on the base-Guys we can make this kind of pizza at home also...why would we want to order from an authentic place meant for pizza.i won’t recommend this place n would request people to stay away& save your money.

The present staff is not cooperative Atall and not aware of menu
I received burnt garlic bread today which was not expected ... Hope management rectify soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful attitude of the manager and owner. Really demeaning on there part to be threatening customers of order cancellation when it Took them 2 hours to serve a pizza order and we questioned it.. Guys seriously i would suggest, dont waste your precious time and money here...??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this used be a good pizza...but the quality had dropped....looks more like a chappati. Also I doubt that they actually give the correct size...I ordered a 8 " pizza and by the time it was delivered, it appeared stale, and was more like a 6" pizza. Beware of this joint

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can see that many customers have had bad experiences with delivery over here. And that's very disappointing. Because NYC.Pie has some of the best thin crust pizzas NCR has to offer!
Now I don't know if they deliver by themselves or if they partner with other food delivery vendors, but I've been going there for about 4 years now, and every single meal has been nothing short of spectacular, and a great satisfactory meal indeed. I even remember meeting the owner around the time they had just launched and to me he seemed like a nice professional man, which had proved itself to us in the way we had our experiences in all the times we went there
Ilove the outdoor seating, especially in the evenings. Summer lunches, therefore are gonna be an ordeal so think about that. The last time I visited, just before Christmas 2017 we saw the new menu which retained the old classics as well as introducing new favorites, which was a wonderful surprise.
In short, we love this place and we'll continue to go there.
And ppl normally dont write long reviews like this on google. But I'm making this exception since I was surprised to see that this amazing place had a rating way better than it deserved.
So people, please go to Baani square, and treat yourself to a warm wood fired thin crust pizza the likes of which are quite rare around town. And dont expect dominos/pizza hut type of food or cost - that's unfair and unrealistic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always loved Pizza at NYC, today we order El Barrio pizza everything was good, but no 3 slice didn't have ricotta cheese on pizza, there were just few droplets of cheese on other slices.
Guys we love ur pizza, but at least give value for money..
Would request you to bring back best practices that u had..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It used to be good but then I feel, they got profit hungry, nothing new here in Gurgaon! The alarming fact is pork pizza can be life threatening and dangerous if under cooked ... this goes to all the pepperoni lover... moreover, I feel they have started sourcing it locally, not as what they claim to be “80% Italian”. So ya in my opinion avoid pork otherwise, the pizza dough, the crust and temperature it was cooked to perfection which is fanatic and is hard to find here in India. I believe vegetarian will dig i have never ordered a chicken pizza but I don’t see why they can’t get right
So ya u ll loose nothing just try it ...
Two stars as local pork and tape worm scare me ?
