★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Nykaa Luxe, Chanakyapuri a month ago. After roaming at Ambience and various other Nykaa branches I got to know about their Luxe range and that is when I got here. Luxe stores have much more brands, specially the luxury ones. So, here at luxe you get to choose between a wide range.
Now, coming to this store, I loved it! The staff was super cooperative and friendly. They even give you meaningful tips and suggest if something doesn’t suit you or is simply a waste of money. One should surely go here if they want honest opinions unlike other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This recently opened Nykaa Luxe store is on the top floor of the swanky Chanakya Mall. Pros - Extensive variety of brands; fair scope of trying before buying; very helpful assistants; prices in sync with the online prices. Cons - It's newly opened so not all brands are stocked just yet; assistants border on nosy sometimes; as should be obvious, price-wise, most items are on the expensive side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is majestically planned on 2nd floor of the premises and has nice space for easy access to different brands and it's products. The staff is very courteous and ready to listen to concerns. I visited the store with my mother and she was surprised with the diligent staff their who went to the store many a times to just look for a single product. Only thing that was missing were products from Benefit and Innisfree. I wish they had those too however, the visit and shopping experience was good.

Covid protocol is not followed at the entrance.
