But this store in particular in Nagpur is very poorly equipped staff... In general they have zero courtesy and have zilch knowledge of customer service or anything remotely

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This isn't the first time I have been to the nykka trillium/vr malls' store. And I must say the service here it's pathetic. 1star for the male security guard who was atleast professional enough and asking people to maintain covid appropriate behaviour in store. Before pandemic and till date, the staff girls here are unprofessional no etiquette to behave with customer, they didn't let me touch the testers and I wasn't the only one they did this to. Aren't all customers, priority customers, aren't they all equal? And such a rude attitude at the billing counter. You can read all the reviews and decide for yourself. Pathetic pathetic pathetic. What's worst is they'll make you wait for 20-22minutes even when your billing is still going on and talk to their colleagues and deal with other customers chit-chatting while we are still maintaining the decorum. There's a thing called "professional service" which these ladies need to learn (experience from 31 dec'20,
26th dec'21, 27th dec'21 were the most terrible ones) Better you guys opt for online shopping!
