★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience. The staff and everyone is very nice. They helped me to find my shade , as i didn't know what will suit me or not . They didn't get annoyed too when i asked for more brands and all , as i have experienced many other store staff do. They are very humble and nice and helpful too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an 8ml concealer worth 2350 INR yesterday (28 August 2021) from Nykaa Logix Mall Noida. I know quite an expensive and a luxury item right! It is kind of an item that most of us would not wear daily. Lo, and behold, upon reaching home, I find out that it was manufactured in 2019 ?. Also, according to the label on it, its 'use by' is 36 months (or 3 yrs) from the 'date of MANUFACTURE'. You see how disappointed I was because I paid quite a hefty amount for a product that I would not get to use for the full 3 years, but instead only ~1yr? So naturally, I called them up for a refund or an exchange.
The employee who picked up the phone told me the use-by date is 36 months from the date of opening and not from the date of manufacturing even though the label on the product reads otherwise. She then transferred the call to another employee. The other employee told me that all of their products have the same manufacturing date and that they can't do anything.
Long story short, I feel taken advantage of by the staff. The staff is rude. Luxury products at the store are near the expiry date.
PS, Brand is Smashbox
PSS, Nykaa, The product's Mfg date is 12/2019 but the import date is 04/2021. You imported the product more than 1 year after it was made, in other words, you imported it after more than 1/3rd of its life was already over! Does the health of Indian users not matter to you? Or maybe you imported this batch precisely for the reason that this was nearing the end of its life so that you could get it at a discounted rate maybe? I don't know? I'm just thinking out loud. But please think about the end customer's health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the best thing that ever happens to me. It was my first experience in the store. As I was so doubtful about the foundation purchase I went to Nykaa, staff, as well as the store manager, to help me find the right shade and the best part was that it's within my budget. They helped me understand makeup process and suggested some really good product like kaybybeauty right corrector and the perfect shade for contouring. They also told that in case I didn't get how to use any of the product in a right way, you are always welcome to the store, will help you out. Like, I haven't seen such a courtesy store. So I have shared the pics of the store purchase. My recommendation to all who are buying self makeup specifically to please visit the Nykaa store, and get yourself the right product by using and knowledge.
Ps: Newbuy store or NewU is a bad bad choice.
And invest in the authentic product only else skin can get irritated...
