★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy at the counter mis-sold a product to us. Extremely disappointed with getting cheated at a store. We expect to have a better experience in buying products offline over an online platform and incidents like these make it even more difficult to trust and buy things offline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been too nykaa last week with my wife and we were checking few nail paints a girl came and said politely there is no trail for nail paints and we asked her if v can open the bottle and see the shade since there was no shade card for the same she said ok she was assisting us for the same suddenly one fat guy with spex came so aggressively came in between and shouted at us there is no trail for nail paints we were offender since v were not trying them the way he spoke to us was so rude I wanted to escalated it to the store manager and asked the girl about store manager and she told he is the one who is store manager being a manager if he be so rude and agressive to the customer what example he set for the staff we asked him and said him we dint like the way he spoke to us and he was not ready to accept his fault only such a agressive manager and such disgusting experience I dnt recomend any one to go to that store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nykaa products are good BUT the attitude of the staff present in the forum Mall on 14/04/2022 at around 1pm was repelling, sooo much that I decided not to buy any product. Please choose your staffs wisely.
If possible I would rate less than one just cause of her attitude.

Intentionally you gave this two mask sheets bcz i told you i dont want lavender nd snail i gave 10 piece mask separately for billing nd kept these two mask in place still you exchanged.definitely worst experience at firum mall's nyka.im not staying near by that i will come there to kormangla for changing those mask but definitely whenever im coming its 6 month or 1year you have to replace it its your mistake and its not a mistake its Intentionally done by u guyz .i got doubt on you nd counted but never thought you guyz so smart you will change my product with something else which i don't like it only??.
