The stylist given to me was irresponsible, unprofessional and had no curtesy towards his clients what so ever. All he wanted was me to upgrade my services throughout he kept on trying to sell me an expensive package. After my refusal he declined to complete the services I requested for and went to the next client.

The equipments are broken, they salon burnt my skin with their I'll functioning facial steamer.
The brand value of any business is created not just by having opened 5-6 branches in a city but by making sure the customer gets the best kind of service for which they came for.
Their sense of time is also very poor.
If you come like a walk-in they'll ask you to come with an appointment. Even when I took an appointment, my services were delayed and they got started after 45mins of waiting, and the salon excuse was- 'rest of the staffs went into training.
I had really had a good impression of their salon until now.
My skin is burnt because of their irresponsibility and cheap quality equipments.
And after all this -all they could do is say Sorry.
Their service has given me a good pain and burnt patch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First experience not very good. They couldn't properly colour my hair. Also at the price they charge I expect them to use separate sanitized towels for each customer but they were using same wet towels for everyone's shampooing and coloring which is very unhygenic. I was not expecting such practices from them. Although hair cut and ambience is nice. Will give them another chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit to this salon was wonderful. Great vibe and friendly staff. Go see Nadeem ! if you wanna go for hair cut and coloring. He is fantastic , he is an absolute professional and takes care of you 100%. I had a great time . Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is located on the first floor (just above parking). It's clean and the staff is friendly.. i took an appointment and the dresser was free so I was in and out quick. The haircut was also decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is amazing but services are not so overwhelming... charges are very high when compared..They do wax ur both limbs using only a single sheet(when I m paying around 1000bucks) ..Result u visibly see the growth in 3-4 days and develop reaction after a couple of days... Hair styling s fine.
Cut not so good..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely loved the experience. I went to this salon to get facial and waxing and was super satisfied. Full marks on cleanliness, the beautician was well experienced and did a great job and I love their music. It's a nice place to relax and I'll definitely go there again.
Although, I am not sure about getting a haircut here. My sister had her hair done and she was not very happy.
