★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would Rate 5 star for the Infrastructure, but rate 0 for the administration.
Time mentioned is 9am to 5.30 pm, but its rare to find staff at 9.30 am also.
This infrastructure is a sham,more of a waste of tax payers money, when its hard to find souls on their seats in working hours.
I think only person on duty here are security guards.
Pity on good governance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panchkula office in Sector 20 does not accept speed post or registry after 2 PM and they open at 10.30 say 10.00 , so they work only for 4 hours. CPMG number is no reply. Couriers are getting promoted. They are having hey days.... being indirectly supported by post offices.
