The best part of the travel was the car given...really good car...it did not smell and had no problems with ac or audio system. The cab driver Mr. Swami was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the areas. We travelled to Ghatti subrahmanya temple and then covered lepakshi and nandi hills. Trip was very smooth.

This cab service is not good at all. Cab owner don't know how to talk to customers. I booked cab for nearby sight seeing and we agreed on RS. 10 per KM. When my trip ended, total KM came around 250. After that he started asking money for 300 KMs. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable. Just for money you can't bluff customers. When I said next time I will not book cabs from you as you are bluffing me, He shamelessly said I have so many customers. Dude you just lost one of them.

Horrible arrangement. The owner told the driver will understand Hindi n English. But he doesn't understand any, the owner lied to us. For return journey the driver gave single entry toll in Every toll gate which charged us more. At first the condition was whatever the distance will b covered it will be charged 10rs/km. We finally drove 250 km in that case it would be 2500/- but the owner is so greedy he changed his terms n tells later to pay for 300km just for mere 500 RS. Seriously no ethics n morals. A business without morals will never be a honorable business. All the viewers please don't take this tour service they are cheaters.

I have requested a cab Innova for my family trip by saying that I need a driver who can understand telugu and Kannada. Then madam told that she will provide a guy who can speak in both the languages. We started our trip on12 jan 2020 for a six days trip to UDipi, Murudeswara and Gokarna. Mr. Mani is driver for this trip and he is an excellent driver with soft and controlled driving. We told the destination then time. He take to that place on time. I like this travel agent as many times I taken can for my family trips and always they provided as I requested. We have compleated our trip on time without any hassles. Thanks travels team and specially Mani for providing safe journey.

Dear Readers, I hail from a Defence background and am writing this review to share my experience (i.e,highly disappointing) on my recent trip to Coorg in Oct 2019 with my friends and family (of 21 Pax) for a family get-together / vacation. I had booked a 25 seater minibus through M/S Om Sakthi Tours and Travels / O.S Tours and Travel @ Ramamurthy Nagar, wherein the tariff agreed was Rs 26 / Km and a driver Bata of Rs 500/ day plus the travel itinerary and Kms to be covered was agreed. Also an invoice copy was shared, signed by the lady owner of the Travels confirming the tariff. She internally outsourced the hiring of the 25 seater Minibus (from M/S Sai Dharma Travels). The vehicle/ minibus provided was certainly in a GOOD condition and the DRIVER was professional and supportive. But, upon reaching the destination in the evening (@ Coorg), she asked us to pay an exorbitant fee of Rs 43 / Km and the driver bata (during normal hours) of Rs.1000/ day to resume the services. Else she would cancel the trip and ask the vehicle/ driver to return back to Bangalore the same evening. We were cornered and in a fix situation with our family members. It seems - she did this intentionally- as she came up with this revised tariff, once we reached our destination (Coorg). NOTE: Hoping to clarify this disparity of thoughts and unfair treatment , post the trip I personally went to O.S Tours and Travel @ Ramamurthy Nagar to meet her and explain the situation. Post listening to the ordeal, she agreed the same and gave an understanding that she would refund the excess amount back to me by end of November 2019 and provide a better customer satisfaction. However to my dismay, on Nov 30th, 2019- when i had asked her for the refund. She completely declined , spoke rudely and displayed lack of professionalism on the call and started citing lame excuses. As a word of caution and to ensure that you don't face a similar harrowing experience. PLEASE DO DOUBLE CHECK THE TARIFF/ COST BEFORE HIRING THEIR SERVICES. ELSE YOU ALSO WOULD BE FACING / PAYING AN EXORBITANT TARIFF AND LEFT BEING CHEATED. Best wishes.

Not sure how this travels has got so many positive reviews, may be it used to be good and now they have downgraded their service quality to worst. So, here goes my *first* 1 star review I've ever given on Google, because this is what I experienced on my house warming ceremony day when I took this cab service. In a nutshell: 1. No seriousness in providing service. Pickup delayed by full 2 hours. 2. No clarity on where the cab is or how long it will take to reach. 2. Cab sent elsewhere in the middle of our booking hours without any information/notification. 3. Driver keeps changing, call one driver, he gives another number and so on.. 4. Toddlers and Kids pick up calls on calling their office. 5. Cant look for any other alternatives, as their cab is always on the way to pickup and will reach in 10 mins. 6. Repeats same mistake again next day. Summary: Looking at the positive reviews, I booked Toyota Innova and took 8 hours 80kms package for 2 days(total 16 hours, 160 kms). Car condition was great, no complaints there, except that the car was not available when needed, even after booking full 2 weeks in advance and paying the advance as well. And they chose to do this nuisance on my house warming ceremony day. We booked the cab for picking up our Purohit from Nagarbhavi to Ramamurthi Nagar. Pick up time was around 4PM in Nagarbhavi. I started following up from previous day evening, as requested by the cab provider. Called them up next day morning as well, and they said cab will arrive on time to pick up Purohit. But instead of 4 PM, cab arrived at 6 PM in Nagarbhavi, and this 2 hours delay was like hell for me.. As per the cab provider, the cab was always on the way and would reach the pick up point in 10 mins, this statement they said from 4 PM to 6 PM. All relatives and friends had arrived at the new home but there is no Purohit to be found, because the cab never arrived at pick up point. And during this time, when I call up the office, the owner repeated same "reaching in 10 mins" message, a toddler picked up phone twice, then some other kids. Should I do preparations for my house warming or follow up with this cab operator? I even could not go with Ola as I had paid advance for the cab and they kept saying cab will reach pick up point in 10 mins. And on top of this, next day the same drama again when we had to drop Purohit to Nagarbhavi. The cab is nowhere to be found and "will arrive in 10 mins". What is the point of paying for 8 hours, 80 kms then? I got fed up with these guys and booked Ola on the second day. Need I say more.. Just paid whatever amount they asked using paytm and to get rid of them. Never ever would I recommend this cab service.

Arrogant cab providers. Don't know how to talk to customers. While booking or start of the trip, they will not give complete information and when trip ends, they will ask for more money saying this was mentioned in the receipt. Receipt will be given to you just before start of the trip, so you have no option to cancel the trip as it will ruin your plans. Seems that most of the 5 rating given by their own staff.

We got the well experienced and friendly driver, the provided car is neat and clean. There is no hidden charges. Totally genuine travels. The trip will be etched out in our memories for ever. Would recommend for all.
