The staff is just like a family they really well behaved. The equipment's are very good and they all have all modern gym equipment's. Unlike other gyms authority will not force you to opt for personal trainer, Its completely your choice of individuals whether he/she wants to take personal trainer or not. In both cases trainer will help.

After some days of exercise, i can say that this is one of the best workout place in sodepur . It's quite good and well manages. All the equipments are best in class. Trainers are very humble and cheering and specially SUBHO is the best trainer in the gym . You will get customized diet if you want. There are some extra facilities. Want to know! Then go and checkout ✅
